Day 23: My Next Site – The Keyword Academy Scam Experiment
(Monday July, 13th)
One of the articles I wrote for the article publication site got approved and published, so “link +1” for me! The other 2 are still waiting to be reviewed.
Since my first site is complete for now, as far as content goes, I decided to start building the next one. I set up a few things in Wordpress for it, and then wrote the first article for it.
I read one of the free newsletters I have been receiving from the Keyword Academy about how farmers plant more than one seed at a time. (If you want to read it go here). The point of the analogy was that you shouldn’t put all your work into one site then just wait around to see how it does. You need to be making a lot of sites and letting them all mature together. It had a very interesting suggestion: start several sites and just get one page of content up on each. Next, set up links to those sites from any other related sites you have. Then go back and complete the sites one by one. This allows all the sites to “mature” (get into the Google index) while your completing them.
I thought that sounded like a pretty good idea, and since I have 17 other domains I’ve already registered, just sitting there with nothing but the default Wordpress content on them, I think I’ll be putting this method into practice.
